Envelope Addressing Service

Let Pear Tree save you time by addressing your envelopes for you! Simply let us know you'd like the service by putting a note in special instructions in your cart prior to placing your order. Then, send us the addresses within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll print them on your envelopes and when you receive your order, all you'll have to do is stuff the envelopes and add the stamps. Please note: We are not able to apply discounts to the envelope printing.

Here's how:
1. Add our Envelope Addressing Service to your order by typing "Add envelope addressing" in the special instructions box in your cart as shown here.

2. Place your order as normal.
3. Download our Envelope Addressing Order Form.
4. At the top of the form, enter your order confirmation number, font choice and ink color choice for the addresses. (See options below for fonts and ink colors.) IMPORTANT: This service is not available with black, brown or navy envelopes. If you ordered another envelope color, please make sure to choose a contrasting color for the ink.
5. Enter recipients' names and addresses in the form. Do not alter the form in any way, or enter any information other than what is requested.
6. Attach the completed form to an email and send it to: [email protected] within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

How much will it cost?
The charge for this service is $1.00 per envelope, which will be added to your order after we receive your list of addresses. We are not able to apply discounts to the envelope printing. An updated order acknowledgement will be sent with your final total. Postage and mailing are not included.

How long will it take?
This service will add at least 1 business day to your order's processing time, and may add more depending on when we receive the email from you and whether we need to contact you for any missing information. We will not begin processing your order until we have all the necessary information. Once we begin processing, printing your order will take an additional 1-2 days.

Will my return address be printed, too?
Return address printing is an option you can add when personalizing your cards. If you did not select this option when ordering your envelopes, your envelope flaps will be left blank. If you ordered return address labels you will not need this option.

Watch your email
Once we have all the information we need, we will begin printing your order. You will receive an email from us when your order has shipped. If we have not received your order form 2 days after the order was placed, our Customer Service team will contact you via email or phone.
