Alright. It’s Monday, it’s the New Year (well, has been for a few days, but feels like the first day of work in the New Year), and to be cliche…I’m going to announce that my resolution is to be better about being in touch with you…our customers and friends. Blogging, answering emails…you name it.
Hopefully you all had a great holiday season. To recap the Pear Tree Greetings’ first holiday season…it was a rush! We heard from so many of you…lots good…and a few not so good. We’ll be honest, we weren’t prepared for all the orders and therefore we couldn’t ship on time. So, what are we doing about it? Lots. We have plans. Plan A, B, C, D…and it goes on. We’re ready now!

We were very happy with our Christmas Cards from you, suggestion as I am in advertising , why don’t you put your name (Pear tree) on the back of your cards with your web site info..Then everyone who receives one of your cards and likes it will know who to contact…just a suggestion……Dave Thompson
The christmas tree bedazzled boxed cards were very pretty!!! I was not finding boxed cards i liked elsewhere, and then found you on the web and was singing hallelujah and hoping that i would receive them in time for mailing. Your customer service were very helpful.
