Cards arrived missing the greeting. They corrected and reshipped at no cost. Picture not quite as vibrant as on screen but still worthy for the holidays.

I love the design of the card. Our pictures came a bit grainy and washed out. Don't order on Friday or the weekend as there are no customer service hours. Although they emailed me to confirm my Friday order, which said I could contact them if I needed to change anything, they immediately printed the cards and although I emailed them on Saturday about a change I wanted, on Sunday they responded saying it was too late. Not much sympathy or resolve.

I have used Pear Tree for the last four years for Christmas cards and they do not disappoint. Excellent service, speedy delivery, and high quality cards that are sure to impress. I only wish I had more people to send cards.

We took family pictures in the summer and my son from college won't be back until Christmas. I thought this card was perfect. Bright and cheerful yet still festive.
