I loved the design of this card, but regardless of the design or layout, the printing quality was not up to par. I have ordered many times from Peartree, but mostly invitations and the like with no photos. The photos on this card came out MUCH darker than the originals I submitted. I'd specifically gone through and edited all of my photos to lighten them in case printing was a bit darker given the small size of the photos as per the design. But the end product really looked nothing like my preview unfortunately. I kept them because I had a large quantity of holiday cards to get out the door and didn't want to wait to re-order. I really like Peartree designs but will need to think twice about ordering photo-specific items in the future.
We pride ourselves on excellent print quality and are sorry to hear you aren't thrilled with your cards. While technology is wonderful, bright screens often display photos lighter than they are when printed. Our suggestion to avoid dark photos is to check monitor and/or mobile phone brightness prior to personalizing cards.
