I am disappointed our photos didn't have the depth and richness of color like the original.

I enjoyed the shopping experience with Pear Tree and and their special pricing was great. My cards shipped very quickly, but when I opened them up, I was very disappointed!! Our New Year's card was absent of any richness, the color was mundane. The photo doesn't pop; the dark, rich colors and crispness of the original were no longer present. We had a professional photographer take our picture, so the quality was top notch and it was beautiful!! Frustrated in the quality of our New Years card......wish the colors were true to the original.

I love the style of this card with its simplicity. I used pictures of all my grandkids at Christmas. It was perfect.

printing sucks

This card is adorable but the printing sucked. I reached out and they reprinted it, but the printing is awful both times. The colors are dull, even though the pictures are professional. Fall colors that show up in other places as brilliant orange and yellow are brown and gray. I am usually so excited to share pics of my adorable baby, but am so disappointed with these cards.

We pride ourselves on excellent print quality and are sorry to hear you aren't thrilled with your cards. While technology is wonderful, bright screens often display photos lighter than they are when printed. Our suggestion to avoid dark photos is to check monitor and/or mobile phone brightness prior to personalizing cards.
