Not happy with results

The photo on the card was WAY darker then the original one we submitted. Also we picked out red to border the card and it was burgundy. When ordering it online our picture was bright and the color was a bright Christmas red, was very disappointed when we received our order and it looked nothing like what we saw online.

We pride ourselves on excellent print quality and are sorry to hear you aren't thrilled with your cards. While technology is wonderful, bright screens often display photos lighter than they are when printed. Our suggestion to avoid dark photos is to check monitor and/or mobile phone brightness prior to personalizing cards.
