Dear Pear Tree. I am writing about a very positive experience I had with Pear Tree earlier this month. This is the fourth year I have used Pear Tree for my annual Christmas cards. I always choose one of the tri-fold cards, in order to capture one large focal picture and several assorted pictures of my family taken throughout the year. Pear Tree is one of the only, maybe the only, source that offers tri-fold cards. I have always been very pleased in the past. This year, when my printed card order arrived, some of the colors were not up to my previous experience expectations, so I contacted Pear Tree Customer Service. I heard back from your customer service representative Kasandra most immediately. We communicated by email and she was very, very helpful. I was delighted that Pear Tree made adjustments, re-printed my cards, and shipped them two day air at no charge to me. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service, for re-printing my order, and for making my cards absolutely perfect! I have received many, many positive comments from friends and family. I will definitely use Pear Tree as my source for holiday cards, party and special event invitations, and stationary products in the future.
