I ordered this at Thanksgiving. It's December 14. I don't know if we are getting this order or not. I've chatted, emailed and called. Not once has there been a follow up based on the first attempt. We provided our addresses after 3 contacts on trying to get them were told we would have immediate feedback on the status. No response. I finally called, and was sent a proof to approve. I did. No response since. That was a week ago. I've emailed for the 4th time in hopes to have a response by this week. Otherwise, I suppose we won't be mailing holiday cards this year. Can't say I recommend unless you have all the time in the world to chase them down. Not sure if that works yet, though.

When I did my first initial order, I did not see the little tiny red dot with the letter "T" where you could put in your own wording. I thought it would just come blank. Well, no my bad because I repell technology, lol! It defaulted to the sample that was on there website, needless to say my last name is not Stevenson. I had to laugh at myself for that. When I called to see what they could do for me I spoke with a super nice lady named Ida(if I remember correctly) and she bailed me out of my own mistake. We both had a good laugh. Thank you Ida!! You made my day.

Just received our holiday cards and I was pleasantly surprised. I can't wait to start mailing them out. The only thing is I wish I would have chosen a bigger font.
