I had a problem changing the paper I wanted after designing my card (I wanted to upgrade to shimmer, but could not find a way to do that once I edited the card - perhaps this was user error or it’s a feature that needs to be added. I also had one other small issue ordering.) Whether it was my fault or the website’s, customer service responded quickly the following Monday and made it all right! I got my cards two days later!! And on top of that, they were beautiful! I loved the shimmer paper and the printing looked very professional. I am a professional photographer and have taken one of my daughter’s announcements with me to photo shoots with seniors and have recommended Pear Tree to them.
