First of all I was very disappointed because my yard sign was 3 weeks late. I called customer service several times with no help. Then, Marsha, a customer service rep pulled through. She could hear my frustration and somehow she made sure I received my order even though it was 3 weeks late. If it wasn’t for her I would still be waiting for my yard sign. The quality of the sign is awesome. Very happy with the purchase and with Marsha!
My son's graduation yard sign was suppose to be shipped on May 21st. It's June and it still hasn't been made. He graduates virtually in 2 days. So disappointing. Customer service is unwilling to help. I will NEVER order from Pear Tree again. I would give 0 stars if I could.
