So disappointed

We have been customers of Peartree for almost 10 years, and this year, the template that we have used repeatedly for our newsletter was discontinued. Our only option was to hire a designer to recreate the previous graphics. We spent $ on that, and then input it into this format. The card SHRUNK from last year! Customer service was unable to tell me why all of these changes had taken place. Evidently, the design company had changed. Once, we received the final product, the ink appeared faded and the paper quality was subpar. I had never upgraded our cards in the past, but there is a definite deterioration in quality this year. I hope that peartree will take this feedback seriously and revert to the designers and printers that they have used in the past. The photo on the left is the reprint which was slightly more vibrant than the one on the right.
