I have ordered from this company prior and had no trouble. From the time I placed the order until today- it's been a terrible experience. I ordered 120 cards and on one draft I forgot to check the assemble box. I called immediately the following morning after placing the order on a Sunday evening and was told that assembly was not an option. Ok- I would figure that out as I have terrible arthritis in my hands and would have to have help. So then I received the cards and only received 20 of the ribbons to assemble the cards. I still have not received the ribbons on January 9. I was told two day air shipping because of their mistake. that didin't happen. I will not order again-very dissappointed as I have not been able to send my cards out.
