Pear Tree’s kids birthday invitation really set the tone for this party. We used the Pizza Party Photo Spinner Kids Birthday Invitations, personalized with four fun photos of the birthday girl.
Next, it was time to plan our pizza party decorations! We kept it simple, with subtle touches like mustache straws & cupcake toppers, and used the classic pizzeria colors of red, black and white, with green for an accent. The chef’s hat topped it all off (no pun intended). 🙂
Taking our color theme from the invitations, we created matching Pizza Party Table Decor to sprinkle on the table, and hang on the wall surrounding a photo of the Chef.
We wanted to make sure everyone felt like they were in a pizzeria, so each child was given a hand-made pizza apron; which came in handy for wiping off flour and pizza sauce (and protected their clothes from spills).
Once the kids were all ready to get messy, it was pizza time! We started with the pre-made dough, and had dishes filled with toppings so the kids could help themselves, including pizza sauce, cheese, pepperoni, sausage and Canadian bacon. We also made pizza boxes for each child to bring home their masterpiece and share with their family… if there was any left to share! 😉 The boxes were sealed with Pizza Party Stickers Kids Birthday Favor Tags with each child’s name written on it.
These kids birthday party ideas were a big hit for the birthday girl and her friends! Keep reading our blog for more kids birthday party ideas or start shopping for kids birthday invitations to set the theme.
