Winter Glow - Christmas Card

I had beautiful professional photos taken for my Christmas card, picked out a beautiful card from peartree and ordered in the beginning of November to take advantage of the sale and have my cards with plenty of time before Christmas. My cards arrived and the photos looked very light and washed out. I reached out to customer service, they offered to fix the cards and reprint. The new cards arrived, with no changes. I called again and the response was ?do you want a refund? I was hoping that the poor quality of the photo could be addressed but it wasn?t. Needless to say, they did refund me, but I lost three weeks of time waiting and had to go to a different site to order new cards. The new cards came out gorgeous, so I know it was not the photo quality but in fact peartree?s printing process. It made me very sad because I really love peartree?s selection of cards but I will not use them again because of the poor quality printing and inability to fix the issue through customer service.
