Have ordered from you several times before, but usually I order earlier. Have always been pleased with the outcome. This year I was late in ordering and am disappointed in the poor quality of the photos compared to what I sent you. Maybe it was a rush job? Maybe you are using a lesser quality paper this yesr? Just not up to your usual standards.

This theme and the template was perfect for our Christmas 2024 card! We waited until after Thanksgiving week to design it; I didn?t have my version ready until mid-December. I did ask for a team review that caught about a half-dozen issues that needed attention. And then - the box of completed cards/envelopes arrived within a few days. Everything about this order and the team response was 5 star!

I love this card and love that I could customize every part of it- even move the text in each box! The only downside isn’t with the card, but the platform. The only way to save the card is to add it to your cart. It would be nice (and less hassle) to be able to save different versions like I have when I’ve used other similar vendors.
