Title:
Terrible color

Image was printed with a green tint. Customer service offered me to pay a lower rate to reprint due to their error.

We’re very sorry for the experience you had. The green tint you received is not what was intended, and we understand how disappointing that is. We also regret that our resolution felt unfair, especially since the issue wasn’t caused by you. Your feedback is appreciated, and we take it seriously as we continue working to improve both our product quality and customer care.
