We found the experience with PearTree to be extremely customer friendly. Putting together the card seemed easier this year and the printing and delivery was a very quick turnaround. We sent out the card on a Sunday and had the finished product the next Friday! We were contacted about two photos that were going to be slightly blurry due the resolution of the pictures. We had the option to change them out but decided to stay with them. They are not quite as sharp as the others, but they are still just fine for us. But we appreciate the attention paid to our card. Also, I found two typos I had made after I sent it to be printed. I did an online chat with customer support and I received proofs almost instantly from PearTree. I made the changes, and everything came out beautifully. Although I'd been happy in the previous year's we've used PearTree, this year was an even better and exceptional experience.

The app was easy to use to design my own Christmas cards. The price was reasonable and the quality of the paper and printing was excellent. This is my 2nd year using Pear Tree for my holiday cards, and I plan to continue using them for my personalized cards.
