Custom printed orders generally take 1-4 business days printing and production time. Shipping time is additional and can take from 1-6 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. The best way to estimate your delivery date and shipping costs is to add an item to your cart and configure your shipping options. Estimated delivery dates do not include product upgrades including addressing services, special instructions, foil imprinting, PMS ink requests, artwork assistance and proof approvals. These items may require additional processing time.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on most envelopes. You can add this to your order on the products detail page or in the editor when you are personalizing your project.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

Beautiful card design but?

Pear Tree has some excellent design choices, including this one! When we shopped the confirmation was bold and so beautiful. However, when we received our product it is dull (like the printer was put on draft print). We also paid for 3 day shipping and it took 4 days. In the photo, you can see the printing quality of the card-we used 3 companies to print, all using the same digital file. One was matte finish and the other was glossy. This unfortunately is not the best printing. Again, love the design and why we chose Pear Tree. EDIT: Pear Tree customer service reached out after this review and explained that the muted appearance is due to the matte cardstock selected. They also made an offer in an effort to make it right, which I appreciated. While I understand matte produces a softer finish, the result was significantly duller than expected compared to other matte products we’ve used, which is why I felt this feedback was important to share for future customers.
