Custom printed orders generally take 1-4 business days printing and production time. Shipping time is additional and can take from 1-6 business days depending on the shipping method you choose. Estimated delivery dates do not include product upgrades including addressing services, special instructions, foil imprinting, PMS ink requests, artwork assistance and proof approvals. These items may require additional processing time.
Yes. We offer addressing and mailing services on most envelopes. You can add this to your order on the products detail page or in the editor when you are personalizing your project.
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. Standard ground services are unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Orders to these areas will automatically be set to the most economical expedited air option.

I am disappointed about my xmas card this year.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. We have used pear-tree for our family xmas card for the last 8 years. There are two issues this year #1 Delay We completed our order around 12/10 but our item was out of stock, so we had to wait till after xmas before getting our cards. It was slightly disappointing that we were not able to send our cards before xmas #2 Quality The card was made with significantly less good paper comparing to previous year. I am not totally sure if it is caused by the "out of stock" issue mentioned above. The card turns out to be very flimsy and does not feel as premium as prior years. I am not sure if it is a one time problem because the item was "out of stock" If the paper quality does not go back to previous level for 2025 xmas, I would probably look for other vendors.
