Great quality card, horrible with orders

I received my order and love my cards. I have been a customer since 2019. Every single year I receive my order I've been short something. Two years in a row it was ribbon so I stopped ordering ribbon cards. Last 3 years ive been short envelopes. This year I was shorted 6 envelopes!!! I get standard sorry for inconvenience response. Clearly this company don't care about customer service. No matter how much I love the cards, this will be my last year ordering. Too frustrating.

I had one issue with placement of of the photos and it left a white border in one side . Otherwise awesome
