'Tis the Season to Order Early: What to Know About This Holiday. Learn More

Hello and Happy (early) Holidays! This year, we – like so many of your favorite brands – are facing challenges as we head into the most magical (and craziest!) season of them all. We’re working around the clock to ensure we’re all set to print and ship the most important Christmas cards of them all – yours.

In an effort to be as transparent as possible, we want to give you a heads up as we anticipate a busier than normal season.

As you browse and create your cards, please keep a few things in mind:

Order Early to Avoid Delays

Sending Christmas Cards?

Order before Thanksgiving
Mail before December 10

Sending New Year's Cards?

Order before Christmas
Mail before January 7

The earlier you order your holiday cards, the sooner you’ll get them! Holiday cards ordered by mid-November will ship super-quick – usually in just a couple days.

As Thanksgiving approaches, our printing partners begin to really hustle and bustle. The last week of November through the first week of December is extraordinarily busy, and we expect to encounter production delays.

Production Time Estimates

We will do our very best to keep the estimated production days on your order accurate.

This can change day-to-day (and even hour-to-hour) so be sure to view the estimated ship date on your cards prior to ordering.

Shipping Delays

Our shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx and USPS) are facing record-setting shipments. While we feel confident about the preparedness plans we’ve made with our partners, we also know they’ll be facing a crushing amount of shipments from late-November to mid-December that may impact their ability to deliver on time.
