How can I add a photo, logo, or signature to my product?
Step 1: Add an Image
- Open your design in the Product Editor.
- Click the “Add Image” icon located in the top toolbar.
- Choose a file from your computer, phone, or tablet to upload.
Once uploaded, the image will appear in your Image Library so you can easily reuse it in your design.
Step 2: Browse the Image Library
The Image Library also contains helpful design elements you can add directly to your project, including:
- Backgrounds
- Social media icons
- Shapes and design elements
- Decorative imagery
Simply click any item to add it to your design.
Supported File Types
We accept the following image file formats:
- BMP (.bmp)
- PNG (.png)
- GIF (.gif)
- JPG / JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg)
- TIFF / TIF (.tiff, .tif)
- PDF (.pdf)
- HEIC / HEIF (.heic, .heif)
- WEBP (.webp)
⚠️ Microsoft Word documents (.doc or .docx) are not supported.
If your design is in Word, please export or save it as a PDF or image file before uploading.
File Size Limit
- Maximum upload size: 25 MB per file
If your file exceeds this limit, try:
- Exporting at a smaller resolution
- Compressing the image
- Saving as JPG or PNG
Tips for Best Results
To ensure your design prints clearly:
- Use high-resolution images (300 DPI recommended)
- Avoid screenshots or low-quality web images
- Make sure text within images is large and readable
- Check the proof preview before placing your order
