What type of file formats do you accept?
For best print quality, we recommend uploading images at a resolution of 300 DPI or higher. If your file’s resolution is too low, our system will automatically notify you during the upload process.
We accept the following file types: BMP, PNG, GIF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF, PDF, HEIC, HEIF, and WEBP. Files must be 25MB or smaller.
Please note that Word documents are not supported.
